Cancelling and suspending of child orders created by Fork or ForkList Instructions

Feature

• The Workflows view is extended to support cancelling and suspending of child orders created by Fork Instructions or ForkList Instructions:
  • Currently a "cancel" or a "suspend" operation has to be performed per child order and for the parent order.
  • The improvement offers a "deep cancel" and a "deep suspend" operation from the parent order’s action menu that will cancel or suspend any child orders and the parent order from a single click.
