Rollout Client improvements

Desired Behavior

• The Rollout Client should create Keystore and Trustore for Controller and Agents if required
  • Entries in the private.conf configuration file should be updated accordingly
• The Rollout Client should be able to update URLs and distinguished names (DNs) for JOC Cockpit server entries
  • Database: an additional column "certificate" is required in table JOC_INSTANCES
  • the column has to be updated at start of JOC Cockpit if the certificate has changed to enable the Rollout Client to receive the DNs of the (JOC Server-) Certificates in use.
