Logs are not displayed in the Log View window for large workflows

    Description

      Current Situation:

      When adding an order to a large workflow with nearly 300+ instructions, the order log is not visible from the order history.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create a workflow with 300+ instructions.
      • Expand the workflow and add an order.
      • The Log View window shows no log output.

      Desired Behavior:

      The Log View window should display logs irrespective of the workflow size; it is either an expanded view or collapsed view.
