Description
Current Situation:
When adding an order to a large workflow with nearly 300+ instructions, the order log is not visible from the order history.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a workflow with 300+ instructions.
- Expand the workflow and add an order.
- The Log View window shows no log output.
Desired Behavior:
The Log View window should display logs irrespective of the workflow size; it is either an expanded view or collapsed view.
