Planned and submitted orders should be available in Daily Plan after updating a workflow

Current Behavior

• When modifying and deploying a workflow before its scheduled start-time then users can select the option "Now" to update the Daily Plan.
• The Daily plan will still execute the previous version of the workflow.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a Workflow and deploy it.
• Create a Calendar for 7 working days and deploy it.
• Create a Schedule and select the options "plan order automatically" and "submit order when planned".
• Navigate to the Daily Plan view to identify planned and submitted orders for the given workflow.
• Update the workflow and deploy it.
• Once again, navigate to the Daily Plan view and to verify that no planned or submitted are available for the given workflow.

Desired Behavior

• When updating and deploying a workflow using the "Now" option then planned and submitted orders should be available in the Daily Plan view.
