Changing the filter type or filter when exporting configurations should not remove the actual folder selection

Current Situation

When changing the filter for the export e.g. deselecting "Draft" it is no longer possible to click the "Submit" Button as the current selection for the folders is removed.

Desired Behavior

When changing the filter for the export e.g. deselecting "Draft" the actual folder selection should persist.
