Improve the Property Editor for configuration of the Cycle Instruction

Current Situation

• The Property Editor used to configure the Cycle Instruction is not consistent with the way how repeated periods are configured in the GUI.

Desired Behavior
The Property Editor show two different views

• The list of cycles
• The properties for a selected cycle

When selecting a cycle instruction the list of cycles for the selected instruction should be shown. This list is empty for a new cycle instruction

• Actions available from the list of cycles:
  • Unchanged behavior
    • When selecting an entry from the list, the properties for this selected entry should be shown.
    • E.g. when clicking the frequency then the frequency editor opens
    • When clicken the "Add Cylce" button, the properties for the new cycle should be shown.

• Actions available from the properties editor
  • Clicking the "Update" Button changes the properties and shows the list of cycles again
  • Clicking the "Back" Button shows the list of cycles again
