Time Elapsed Notification Variables doesn't working on "mail_on_success" and "mail_on_failure".

Current Behavior:

• When using the Notification Variables " ${MON_O_TIME_ELAPSED}" and " ${MON_OS_TIME_ELAPSED} " does not provide any output on "mail_on_success" and "mail_on_failure".

 Desired Behavior:

• While using the time elapsed notification variables an output should be received on "mail_on_success" and "mail_on_failure".
