Job templates should not switch to draft status if no changes are applied

Current Situation

When changing properties of a Job Template and releasing the changes then the job template becomes a draft once again after selecting any other object from the tree panel.

Desired Behavior

Job Templates should remain in the "deployed "status when leaving the job template without changes.
