There should be an option to revalidate the objects in the configuration view

Current Situation

• An object A that has a reference to object B is not shown as valid in the tree if B does not exist. When creating object B then object A remains invalid.
• Users have to release object A in order to force validation of the object.

Desired Behavior

• The JS7 REST Web Service API should offer a web service that repeats validation.
• The JOC Cockpit GUI should offer an action menu item to validate objects recursively starting from any point in the directory hierarchy.
