The action menu operation to "Resume parameterized" should display sections for variables that can be changed and for constants that cannot be changed

Current Situation

• When selecting the "Resume Parameterized" action menu item in the Workflows view it is possible to change variables that are not workflow variables or order variables but have been added during the workflow's lifetime. Also it is possible to change the position of the order.
• It is not evident for users which variables can be modified and which cannot.

Desired Behavior

• When selecting the "Resume Parameterized" action menu item there should be two sections in the popup window:
  1. The list of constant order variables and workflow variables including their values that cannot be changed.
  2. The list of dynamically created variables that can be changed. These are variables that have been created from preceding jobs.
• When one of the lists is empty this should be displayed like this.
