The popup window to resume an order does not display all workflow instructions inside nested Fork Instructions: if a child order is cancelled with some job in a branch and later on should be resumed then workflow instructions are not visible.
Steps to reproduce
Create a workflow with a number of Fork Instructions.
Start the order and cancel/kill one of the child orders in a branch.
Try to resume the child order for the Fork Instruction.
Click on the "+" icon to expand the workflow.
Desired Behavior
The popup window to resume an order should display all workflow instructions.
