      Feature

      • JOC Cockpit takes the arbitrator role of a ClusterWatch Agent.
      • During Controller registration users are free
        • not to specify a ClusterWatch Agent and assigning the arbitrator role to JOC Cockpit,
        • to specify a ClusterWatch Agent (unchanged).
      • The JOC Cockpit Cluster Service supports switch-over and fail-over of the arbitrator role with the Proxy Service.
