Update Java Mail from version 1.4.7 to 1.6.2

Current Situation

• JOC Cockpit and Agents make use of Java Mail 1.4.7

Desired Behavior

• JOC Cockpit and Agents should use Java Mail 1.6.2
• This release of Java Mail offers for example capabilities for XOAuth2 authentication with IMAP and SMTP protocols.

Workaround

• Users can apply the following workaround:
  • download Java Mail 1.6.2, for example from https://github.com/javaee/javamail/releases
  • store the javax.mail.jar file to JETTY_BASE/resources/joc/patches
  • restart JOC Cockpit.
