The context menues should be available even if the browser is not in full size

Current Situation

In all list views the context menu button ... is located in the last column. It is not visible when the horizontal size of the view is to small.

Desired Behaviour

In List views the context menu button

• should be in the second column where a checkbox is in the first column
• should be in the first column where no checkbox is in the first column
