Rework /orders/daily_plan/cancel API

Current Situation

• The /orders/daily_plan/cancel API
  • is wrongly located in the /orders resource, it should be located in the /daily_plan/orders resource,
  • offers a dailyPlanDate element to cancel orders that are submitted for this date,
  • does not offer to select orders by workflows and schedules.

Desired Behavior

• The /orders/daily_plan/cancel API is reworked
  • to be located in the /daily_plan/orders resource,
  • to offer a dailyPlanDateFrom and dailyPlanDateTo element to specify a date range where orders will be cancelled,
  • to offer selection of orders by workflows and schedules.
