Improvements to the Notification View

Feature

• The JOC Cockpit offers the Monitor->Notifications page to display warnings and errors.
  • A classification should be introduced:
    • job errors and warnings (same as before)
    • component errors and warnings (reports per JOC Cockpit, Controller, Agent)
    • notification errors (mail could not be send, command line execution for a system monitor agent failed etc.)
  • The Monitor->Notification page offers two tabs for order notifications and system notifications.
• Starting from release 2.5.1 JOC Cockpit displays flags to indicate warnings and errors. The warnings and errors should be displayed as links that allow to navigate to the Monitor->Notifications view..
