    Description

      Current Situation

      • When comments for Audit Log are globally enabled but are disabled in a user's profile then in a situation that the user tries to disable an identity service the below exception occurred:
      JocMissingCommentException

      Desired Behavior

      • The identity service should not throw the "JocMissingCommentException" while "comments for audit log" are globally enabled and are disabled from a user's profile.
