Show logs in new tab button and tooltip not working

Current Situation

• When user configure the profile setting "Show Logs--> New Tab"

    • When user click on OrderThe download button is not working.
    • On mouse over the Tooltip is not visible, its hidden behind the.

    • The download button is working, but the download file content HTML tags.

Desired Situation

• On Mouse over complete tooltip should be visible.
• Download button should download the order/task log.
• When user click on download button, downloaded file should only content text.
