Restriction "Month Days" should work

Current Situation

• Calendar C1 defines some days in month M1, e.g. for "every Tuesday".
• Calendar C1 is assigned schedule S1.
• Schedule S1 defines the restriction R1.
• Restriction R1 defines a frequency for Month Days with Day=n and count from the first day.

When M1 has at least n working days, the _n_th day is not active for this schedule.

Desired Behavior

In the scenario described above, the second Tuesday should be active for n=2
