Copied instructions get pasted upon the click of collapse-expand button of Try/Retry instruction

Current Situation

• When a user selects and copies any instruction, then press the collapse-expand button of the instruction, the earlier copied instruction gets pasted in between the instructions.

Steps to Reproduce

• Copy an instruction in the workflow.
• Click the collapse and expand button of the instruction it paste the copied instruction.

Desired Situation

• Expand Collapse button should not paste the copied instructions.
