Lock instruction for multiple locks

Feature

• With JS-1952 being available the JOC Cockpit supports the following functionality:
  • The JOC Cockpit JSON Storage Scheme allows to specify multiple resource locks to be used from a single Lock Instruction.
  • The JOC Cockpit GUI offers to select and to store multiple resource locks.
  • The JOC Cockpit History Service creates additional output in the order log:
    • Consider new events from JS-1952
      • OrderLocksQueued event, log output: starting to acquire resource locks <resource-lock>[,<resource-lock>[,<resource-lock>]]
      • OrderLocksAcquired event, log output: acquired resource locks <resource-lock>[,<resource-lock>[,<resource-lock>]]
      • OrderLocksReleased event, log output: releasing resource locks <resource-lock>[,<resource-lock>[,<resource-lock>]]
