Warn if Longer than and Warn if shorter than does not allow user to add values greater than 24 hours

Current Situation

• The job options includes the option to add the Warn if longer than and Warn if shorter than. This fixed regex does not allow users to add more than 24 hours.

Desired Behavior

• The Warn if longer than and Warn if shorter than should allow the users to add hours more than 24.
