Run-time editor is broken

Current Situation

• When a user tries to schedule a job or order using the Run Time button in Job/ Order Configuration, it throws an error in the console, and the runtime editor breaks.
• The runtime editor also throws an error when we add runtime to Schedules and Calendars.
• It even breaks when we try to Set-Runtime from the Job or Order Action menu in the Jobs, Orders, Job Chains tab in JOC Cockpit.

Desired Behavior

• In the Job/Order Configuration, while scheduling a job using the runtime button, it should not throw the error, and the runtime window should not break.
