Users with correct Permissions cannot view Process Classes Resources View

Current Situation

A User with the following Permission Set:

sos:products:joc_cockpit:jobscheduler_master:view:status, \
sos:products:joc_cockpit:process_class:view:status

1. is first shown the resources/agent_clusters Sub-View, with a "Permission Denied" message, when they select the resources View.
2. cannot access the resources/process_classes Sub-View. The User is again shown a "Permission Denied" message.

Desired Behaviour

1. The resources View should only open with allowed Sub-Views - here resources/process_classes.
2. A User with the Permissions listed above should be able to see the full Process Class information in resources/process_classes Sub-View.
