The preview for run-times of Schedules should display the correct date

Current Behavior

When using the Show Preview button in the Schedules - > Run-time object view, the wrong dates are displayed for time zones before UTC +00:00 using a Calendar with frequency Mon..Fri.

How to Reproduce

• Set the time zone before UTC +00:00.
• Create a Calendar based on the everyday frequency.
• Create a Schedule using this Calendar and add restrictions to it from Mon...Fri
• Click the Show Preview button.

Desired Behavior

The JOC Cockpit should reflect the correct date for the run-time of Schedules when using the preview.

A patch is available from

Delete all files in the ./jetty_base/webapps/joc directory of the JOC Cockpit installation except for the ./jetty_base/webapps/joc/WEB-INF directory.

Extract the attached archive has to be the ./jetty_base/webapps directory.
