Add user defined job templates

Current Situation

• Job templates are available for JITL JVM jobs provided by SOS.

Desired Behavior

• In addition to JITL job templates users want to create their own libraries of job templates.
• The JOC Cockpit GUI should therefore offer user defined job templates:
  • to create a folder hierarchy in which job templates are stored,
  • to add an existing job as a job template to a folder,
  • to add a description of the job and of the job arguments to an individual job folder:
    • this includes to specify required and optional job arguments,
    • this includes use of data types,
    • this includes use of lists and facets.
• User defined jobs can be recalled using the wizard in the Configuration view. The wizard supports
  • to search for job templates by name and description across folders,
  • to display the job template and its description,
  • to display the job template arguments and their description,
  • to select and to populate arguments,
  • to update the current job of a workflow from the selected job template and arguments.
