Make blocklist for unwanted accounts available for Identity Services

Current Situation

• The JOC Cockpit stores the information about failed logins.
• At the same time there is no option to immediately block an account from any Identity Services.
  • Accounts can individually be disabled if the account is managed by JOC Cockpit.
  • Accounts cannot be disabled if managed by an Identity Provider such as LDAP.

Desired Behavior

• Administrators are offered a button "Blocklist" from the list of Identity Services. This brings forward the list of blocked accounts with the options to add and to remove one or more accounts from the blocklist.
• Administrators are offered the operation to add an account to the blocklist from the list of failed logins
• Operations to view the blocklist, to add accounts to the blocklist and to remove accounts from the blocklist require permissions to manage accounts.
