Functions "export" and "store repository" don't consider Controller objects with the same path

Current Situation

If two Controller objects such as a Workflow and a JobResource are deployed with the same path then only the latest of them is in the export file or stored in the local repository.

Desired Behavior

Also Controller objects that are deployed with the same path should be considered in the "export" and "store repository" function.
