Allow favorites for assignment of Agents and Facets in workflows

Current Situation

• JS7 allows operation of hundreds of Agents with a single Controller. When assigning Agents to jobs in workflow then the list of available Agents can become quite long as it includes Standalone Agents, Subagents and any Subagent Clusters.
• JS7 allows to assign Facets to workflow variables in order to check user input for order variables for matching regular expressions.

Desired Behavior

• For both Agents and Facets user would like to have a "favorite list" that includes the most frequently used items.
• Widgets for assignment of Agents and Facets are extended to allow selection from the list of favorites.
  • By default the list of most recently used favorite items is displayed. The size of this list is configurable from the user profile (default: 10)
  • Users can extend the list to display all available favorites.
• Users can add the current entry to the favorites list and can remove items from this list.
• A new tab is available from the user's profile to manage favorites:
  • Display of sub-views for Agents and Facets
  • CRUD operations to manage favorites.
  • An operation to copy all shared items of a given list of favorites from some other user account.
  • An operation to share/make private items in the user's own list of favorites.
