Incorrect Polling of Dashboard Widgets presents Users with 'Permission Denied' messages.

Current Situation

User that do not have sufficient permissions in their roles to allow them to access the Dashboard Widgets are presented with a "Permission Denied" messages. For some permission sets the message will come repeatedly approximately every two minutes.

This information does not serve any useful purpose.

Desired Behaviour

• User should not be presented with messages such as 'Permission Denied' when they carry out a regular operation in the GUI.
