Description
Current Situation
- Controller and Agent can be operated for SELinux, however, default locations for PID file and log files are not compliant to SELinux.
- JOC Cockpit makes use of the Jetty Servlet container.
- For Jetty basically a number of SELinux security policies are available
- The JOC Cockpit installation layout does not correspond to SELinux requirements and security policies
Desired Behavior
- Users require detailed documentation about installation of Controller, Agent and JOC Cockpit for SELinux.
- The JOC Cockpit installer should allow to specify locations for the PID file, log files and journal files that are in line with SELinux security policies.
- Any directories that hold user related files such as JDBC Drivers, should be configurable within the scope of what is offered by the Jetty servlet container.
