LDAPS without hostname verification

Current Situation

It is possible to disable the hostname verification with using startTls. But it is not possible to disable the hostname verification with LDAPS:

Desired

When using LDAPS: the hostname verification should set with the property https_with_hostname_verification in the configuration file joc.properties
The value of this property will be used to set the system property com.sun.jndi.ldap.object.disableEndpointIdentification>
