Property withHostnameVerification in LDAP Identity Service should be true/false instead of on/off

Current Situation

• The withHostnameVerification property in the LDAP Identity Service Settings is provided with the values on/off/empty. If empty then a global setting from the joc.properties configuration file is used.
• JOC Cockpit shows the values with a combo box that allows to select one of the provided values.

Desired Behavior

• The withHostnameVerification setting in the LDAP Identity Service Settings can use the value true/false.
• JOC Cockpit allows to select the desired value with a checkbox.
