Importing shiro configuration assigns wrong type for the LDAP Identity Service Type

Current Situation

When importing a shiro ini configuration file that contains LDAP settings without group roles mapping, the resulting Identity Service has the type LDAP-JOC and no configuration items are seen in the manage settings view.

Desired Behavior

When importing a shiro ini configuration file that contains LDAP settings without group roles mapping, the resulting Identity Service should have the type LDAP-JOC and all configuration items should be seen in the manage settings view.

Workaround

After the import, change the type from LDAP-JOC to LDAP.
