./inventory/repository/store should store Script Includes

Current Situation

Currently script includes are not stored to the repository if objects are picked from a folder, e.g. api request contains object with type FOLDER.

Desired Behavior

Script Includes have to be stored to the repository correctly if they should be picked from a folder.
