Order IDs should be limited in length

Current Situation

• With the AddOrder Instruction being introduced users can create orders for successor workflows on-the-fly.
• Such orders are assigned an Order ID that reflects the parent Order ID. When being used in a number of subsequent workflows then the Order ID grows and exceeds the max. length of 255 characters

Desired Behavior

• The Order ID should use a fixed length independently from the number of AddOrder Instructions being used.
• The Order ID should remain unique when used in parallel branches of a Fork Instruction and when used in subsequent AddOrder Instructions.
