Description

Current Situation

The JOC Cockpit does not support comments for the Audit Log from the following API's
- RESOURCES->Notice Boards
  - Notice Board - Post and delete
- MONITOR->Notifications
  - Monitor - Acknowledge API

Desired Behavior

The JOC Cockpit should support comments for the Audit Log from the above APIs.
