Improvements for management of Identity Services

Current Situation

1. The User DN Template for LDAP settings is provided with the tab "Expert Mode"
2. It is not possible to set the attribute "with hostname verification" to empty. This is required to apply the default value from the joc.properties configuration file.
3. Changing LDAP Start TLS to checked/unchecked in "Expert Mode" is not reflected in "Simple Mode"
4. There is no bulk operation to delete roles.

Desired Behavior

1. The User DN Template for LDAP settings should be provided with the tab "Simple Mode" as a User DN Template is always required
2. It should be possible to set the attribute "with hostname verification" to empty. This is required to apply the default value from the joc.properties configuration file.
3. When changing the LDAP Start TLS to checked/unchecked in "Expert Mode" this should be reflected with the "Simple Mode".
4. There should be a bulk operation to delete roles.
