Description

Current Situation

When checkboxes "Draft" and "Deployed" are both checked then the Export API favors the latest deployed item over the current draft.

Desired Behavior

When checkboxes "Draft" and "Deployed" are both checked then the Export API should favor current drafts over the latest deployed items.
