Reset to inital password and force password change

    Description

      Current Situation

      • In order to change a password it is required to edit the respective user account in the "Manage Identity Services" view and to change the password.
      • There is no way to use a common initial password and to ensure that the next login prompts the user to change the password.

      Desired Behavior

      • It should be possible (for Identity Services JOC and VAULT-JOC-ACTIVE) to assign an initial password. The next time the user logs in, the user is prompted to change the password.
      • New settings and functions
        • There are two new settings in the global settings for Identity Services
          • Initial Password
          • Minimum Password Length
        • In the list of accounts there is a functions
          • Force Password Change
            • The function is provided as a bulk operation. The accounts to which this function is applied will be prompted to change the password at the next login.
        • In the list of accounts there is a function
          • Reset Password
            • This function is provided as a bulk operation. The accounts to which this function is applied will be assigned the Initial Password. Users are prompted to change the password at the next login.
        • In the user profile there is a function
          • Change Password
            • A logged-in user can change the password in the user's profile.
