In order to change a password it is required to edit the respective user account in the "Manage Identity Services" view and to change the password.
There is no way to use a common initial password and to ensure that the next login prompts the user to change the password.
Desired Behavior
It should be possible (for Identity Services JOC and VAULT-JOC-ACTIVE) to assign an initial password. The next time the user logs in, the user is prompted to change the password.

In the list of accounts there is a functions
Force Password Change
The function is provided as a bulk operation. The accounts to which this function is applied will be prompted to change the password at the next login.
In the list of accounts there is a function
Reset Password
This function is provided as a bulk operation. The accounts to which this function is applied will be assigned the Initial Password. Users are prompted to change the password at the next login.
In the user profile there is a function
Change Password
A logged-in user can change the password in the user's profile.
