On Adding/Deleting the order parameters multiple times JOC Cockpit does not reflect the updated values

Current Situation
After Adding/Deleting the order parameters the updated values are not reflected in JOC Cockpit. It is required to refresh the page to reflect the changes in Orders Tab.

And also on clicking on order multiple times, it shows the same order parameter multiple times. Refer to the attached screenshot for reference.

Desired Behavior
On Adding/Deleting the order parameters multiple times JOC Cockpit should reflect the updated values
