JOC Cockpit Manage Accounts view should store changes to permissions

Current Situation

When an item in the tree of permissions is selected, it is not possible to deselect the item in graphical tree view. After deselecting, the item is shown in deseleceted state but when reload the view, the item is selected again.

Desired Behavior

It should be possible to deselect an item in the graphical tree view.

Workaround

It is possible to remove the item in the list view for permissons.
