The list of JobStreams across all the folders should be visible

Current Situation

• On clicking the chevron icon of the root folder in the Jobs, Job Chains and orders tab it shows the list of all the jobs, job chains and orders respectively. This does not work with the Job Streams i.e. the list of Job Streams is not visible.

Desired Behavior

• The list of JobStreams across all the folders should be visible by clicking the chevron icon of the root folder.

Maintainers Note

• As the Job stream graphically view is different from the list view. The graphical view is designed based on Job stream name, but it is possible to have the same job stream name in another folder. If a user has the same job stream name in the child folder, then everything is merged, and also, for performance reasons, this could not be possible to show all the Job stream graphs on a single screen.
