When adding a global event the background color of Job Stream event does not change.

Current Situation

When adding the global event to the out condition of a job the event color will not change to the color that indicates an existing event in the JobStream graphical view.

Desired Behavior

When adding a global event to the out condition the color for the event symbol should be changed to the color that indicates an existing event.
