Make Admission Times visible for jobs in the Workflows view

Current Situation

• Admission Times rule if and when a job is executed for a specific day. This includes to delay job execution to the next timeslot configured with Admission Times for the current day.
• This information is not visible with the GUI.

Desired Behavior

• The Workflows view offers the operation "Show Configuration".
  • Currently the operation displays the job script.
  • In addition the operation should display Admission Times if configured.
• Admission Times should be displayed similar to what we have from the Configuration view.
• This feature is intended to display possible timeslots for job execution, it is not intended to display the precise next timeslot which is a feature of JOC-1155
