Log retention not considered

Current Situation

• Log retention is configured with the ./jetty_base/resources/joc/log4j2.xml file.
• The available configuration does not consider to delete log files after the indicated number of days.

Desired Behavior

• Log files should be removed after the number of days indicated with log4j2.xml
