Offer bulk operations without display of orders

    Description

      Current Situation

      • When working with larger number of orders then there might be situations when a substantial number of orders remains in a specific state, e..g. a WAITING state (for some resource) or FAILED state (due to common failure).
      • The Dashboard displays the respective numbers and offers to open the Overview view to manage order states, e.g. to resume, to suspend or to cancel failed orders. This view primarily works in a graphical way that allows to select orders for a common bulk operation. However, when working with thousands of orders then it proves a tedious task to repeatedly select orders for such transitions.

      Desired Behavior

      • In addition to the textual mode (default) and card mode the Overview view should offer a summary mode that
        • displays summary information only, i.e. the number of orders for each order state (similar to the Dashboard widget),
        • allows to limit to specific folders - optionally including recursion,
        • offers transitions such as
          • transition SCHEDULED orders to the CANCELLED or SUSPENDED state
          • transition IN PROGRESS, RUNNING, WAITING orders to the CANCELLED or SUSPENDED state
          • transition FAILED orders to the CANCELLED or SUSPENDED state or resume such orders.
