Improvements to the GUI

Feature

A number of improvements are added to the GUI:

• The list of countries has been completed for which national holidays are available when managing calendars.
• The Monitor view and Documentation view allow to select all entries displayed for bulk operations.
• Responsive design of the GUI for screens with less than 650 px height.
• Navigation added from Inventory view to Resource view for deployed and released objects such as Notice Boards, Resource Locks and Calendars.
• Pencil icon added to the Calendar view to open the Configuration view for the calendar.
• Disable/enable the button Create Daily Plan for past/future dates.
• Final variables cannot be modified when modifying an order.
